How long does my order take to ship?

Typical ship time for ready made items is 2-3 business days, custom orders will take approximately 1-2 weeks. We will communicate regarding your shipping progress

Do you offer Delivery/Pick-up? 

Yes! We offer either option! Our radius for this option is 50 miles from our business, it calculates your distance in check out. If you choose this option, we will reach out via email to plan the delivery/pick-up.

Why is your shipping cost a flat rate only? 

To make ordering and shipping easier for you and us, we calculated the average shipping cost for the 2 sizes of our flags and set that as our flat rate. Unfortunately we know shipping costs are a little pricey, however, they are large and heavy wood items and it’s unavoidable.
